The grafted polyethylene adhesive  Yixing 5315A series is mainly used as the adhesive layer in the three layer polyethylene system (3LPE), which is used in the anti-corrosion coating system of steel pipe in oil and gas pipeline and high pressure water pipeline.

Yixing 5315A series anti-corrosion pipeline grafted polyethylene adhesive  has stable performance,strong adhesive force,good processing fluidity, non stickroll, continuous belt,non split,good film-forming performance, and its performance meets the requirements of ISO21809-1. It is widely used in 3PE anti-corrosion steel pipe.

Features:
(1)Grafted polyethylene adhesive  has good physical and mechanical properties, electrical insulation properties, and creep resistance.
(2)Grafted polyethylene adhesive  active group may form a bonding of chemical bond with epoxy, and form a polar bonding of intermolecular force with steel substrate, and its main part of polyolefin may form a combination of homogeneous melt with the PE layer, so as to form a high adhesive strength.
(3) Grafted polyethylene adhesive with a process performance the same as thermoplastics, it may be extruded for cladding, wrapped laterally, and made into powder for spraying.
